I give this place a 0/10 I called them at 3:35pm for roadside assistance to change my tire and get another tire from them. The reason I chose them is because they promote 30 mins or less, it’s been 2 and a half hours and I’m still on the side of the road with my daughter waiting and by the way they charged me $500 dollars for this! When I called and asked why it was taking so long and that I wanted to talk to a supervisor the woman who answered just kept me on hold for 20 mins and then hung up! The guys finally got here at 6:11pm but mentioned they weren’t contacted until 5:45pm. They were really nice and did the job fast! WORSE PLACE EVER! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON CALLING THIS PLACE!
